Do you know if this should be the same process for a 2010 Ford Fusion SE?

@Skipp4TIMEZ it's not, repair data doesn't give a procedure to replace the pump on that car. From looking st diagrams it appears it's going to be on the driver side of engine under the area of the power steering fluid container.

You're not the first one to ask this 🤦🏻‍♂️ I should have included that in the video, lol. I have an o ring assortment that I just grabbed one out of, so I'm not exactly sure of the size. I wish I could be of more help. You can take the old o ring to any parts house, and they can match it up. I know this will probably be an additional trip. Hopefully, someone else who does this job will post the size they used. If I get another power steering pump job in, I'll be sure to post it. Thanks for watching, and thanks for the feedback! Did you have one or two dowel pins on your power steering pump sir?

Where the pump bolts up? That's the only place I can think of that would have dowel pins. I don't recall any, but there may have been some that stayed on the engine and didn't come off with the pump.

Would have helped to provide the shots of removing all the bolts.

I agree, it was difficult trying to get the camera in there where you could see the bolts and also be able to fit the tool in there to remove them. That's why i went over bolt locations with the pump out, so hopefully, viewers could get a better understanding of where they are
