Been watching you videos for a while now and hopefully you may be able to help. My evap Purge valve has failed now for the second time what would cause this to happen? What goes to the purge valve maybe it is causing issues. Great videos by the way

Ive got a 2019 3.5l FPIU with a P04F0 code that i cant seem to get to go away. I checked a bunch of the connections in my engine and they all seem tight. My shop recommended replacement of the purge valve so i let them do it while i had it in for something else but that didn’t seem to make the code disappear. Any ideas?

Hi, Been watching a lot of your videos, Just brought home a 2016 PIU with a 3.5L. I have an issue that I have not been able to find on the internet yet. I keep getting a random chime noise, no dash lights, no indicator as to why the chime is active. It does it on start up and about every 40-60 miles there after. It is not the seat belt it is a different sound. All doors are secure. any advise appreciated.

You need to add blinker fluid it's a warning sound you are low that you hear .. hope this helps 🙏

I had a similar issue but when driving at high speeds. I went into Forscan and used the "load as-built" function in the BdyCM and PCM and it went away. If you do this make sure to make backups of your current configuration first in case you need to revert back to it.
