After just having replaced bearings in 2 60 pound and 4 40 pound Huebsch washers, I have realized how pie-in-the-sky unrealistic this video is. Some sequences were done wrong or left out entirely, every part is already clean, little was done for cleaning and sanding the sealing surfaces, there is NO NEED to heat the trunnion locknuts with a torch or cut them off, you push the shaft out of the trunnion BEFORE unbolting the trunnion, etc. This video is a 3/10 for inaccuracy and only general information. As shown at 9:45, I had 2 inner bearings seized to the shaft. A 20 ton jack will push them through the stainless steel outer tub. It flares the hole a bit, but it is easy to cut little lines and bend it back into shape, and seal with silicone.

I wish I knew that earlier, I just cut the Sleeve Shaft Seal, the new one I ordered from Alliance Laundry Systems that doesn’t fit into the housing, they told me that I should buy the whole upgrade kit(cylinder and trunnion)😢

Adding that new seal to the front of the tub -- something tells me if that seal isn't PERFECT, you're gonna be FUKT when water comes pouring out of it, then there's lots of disassembly to try again.

Any way to do it if you don't have the removal tool we used a car puller tool to take of the wheel. But can't get the tub out. Can't afford the pulley puller tool. The video is very helpful though thanks alot well appreciated.

Use a piece of wood to protect the shaft then hit it with a large hammer to push it through.

luis h Gomez I have a call for commercial washers a dryers tomorrow and was brushing up on these machines. I would say this is an excellent built machine. Any bearing job on a residential or commercial washer is a pain. I would actually say with all the tools they have in this video I would rather do this bearing replacement than a residential machine.

I would check bearing fit on trunion shaft if has small grove or loose fit seals and bearing wont last.Don't use china made garbage use oem parts especially bearings USA made and double lip seals.
