Can you change the glass without taking the regulator out?

Great vid.. but unfortunately I have a stripped bolt lol

Followed step by step. The only thing i did diff was i pushed the small plastic plug in the window locking ring thing from the backside. Went in 3/4, felt some clicks and as much as i Dont use that window I called it good. Didn't want to break anything.
