Excellent help, vid was critical. What you may not have shown is the other plastic clips to hold the cowl in place get left in the frame when you first tear the cowls off. You have to twist the plastic clips out of the frame and push them back into the cowl to replace the cowl correctly.

You don't have to undo the hood supports. Stop the wipers in raised position, open hood, unbolt wiper transmission, move as far to the drivers side as possible, close hood, then you can pull the wiper transmission out. Undoing hood struts are not necessary.

i put the linkage back in after a lot of messing around to get it into place and the motor turns the opposite way. when off the wipers are up the window. Did I link up the linkage wrong when I added the motor to it? I used the gauge.

How did you hold up the hood after you disconnect it?

My wiper arms don't seem to be in the right position. Been struggling after replacing all of this but the wipers don't seem to sit in it's "home" position when I turn them off. They sit about 2 inches higher than they should. When I set them lower, they want to ride down and over the grill beneath it. What did I do wrong??
