I think it maybe is, bought one of their pre-builts earlier this year, had to send it back cuz the AIO died and I kept using it and it stopped working. They sent it back, but a few months and the AIO died again.

I hope you see this! A bunch of their stock ones were bad and they mail folks free replacements. I just got mine and I'm watching this video to learn how to install it now.

Very professional video, had my cpu liquid cooler go bad in less than 6 months, called them made a RMA sent the bad cooler to them. On the call they told me keep the mounting bracket with you (I did) so they replace the part got it yesterday and it turns out since the cooler is a newer revision the bracket is different. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ so now I have to call them again,so they can sent me the correct bracket when is not even my fault. The reason im posting this,if you are having the same issues make sure you tell them what type of bracket you have and tell them to sent you the correct one with the new part included. So you don’t have to wait like him doing 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️. Btw use your warranty (1 year) once thats done save some extra and buy a corsair cooler.

So i'am about to replace a failing m22 kraken in a ibuypower pc and i was looking at the back were the backplate should be and 4 weird pins are all i see. I hope these pins just fall out when i loosen the aio because i have no clue how else i will get them out. This pc is about 5 years old and i feel like whoever built it forgot to put the back plate on. Its had thermal issues since day 1 and i suspect this is probably the reason why. If someone were to install a cooler without the backplate what could they use? I'm trying to figure wtf these pins are

How do you replace the liquid coolant in the sort of cooling system you have on the table at 0:25?

I've orderd my noctua NH-15 cpu cooler. It will be my first time doing this on my first pc a pre build. The original is pretty bad. But from what i have seen it's recommended to keep your pc grounded so you don't fry anything. I don't see you doing this. Is this a precaution i need to take or can i plug it completely out? Thx

Holdup. I went to the part about how to uninstall the stock cooling fan and the motherboard is magically not in a case anymore. Do I need to remove it to upgrade my stock fan to a cooling tower?

33:35 bro those are literally impossible to unscrew on my PC, got a new aio today and can’t even install because these screws don’t budge. Even tried pliers and it didn’t work

So, the sent a replacement CPU cooler for a defective component they installed and they dont bother to put thermal paste in the package. I got to pay the return for their messed up item. Unreal my computer isnt even 6 months old

I put my aio on and I left the plastic on the lever on my cpu, so now i need to remove my aio but I can't, Its stuck and im worried if i turn on my pc to melt the thermal paste it will melt the plastic onto my cpu, can someone help
