I cannot get the shaft out of the casing. I am hitting it so hard and it still won’t pop out. Please help! Should I just hit even harder?

You trying to knock it out the wrong way. Just did the same and fucked my Yaw motor up. Got to replace now and send to DJI for calibration. Expensive mistake.

@@failsafedji1745 I found a way of just getting new motor and just using old housing. If your housing is broken then you have to get a new complete Yaw motor and calibrate this as each motor is different for each drone. There are magnets inside the motor which have to be calibrated for the drone.
