So you pushed that lone shim under the sill, it created a gap, and now the sill is going to flex when stepped on. That can't be good.

I was thinking the same thing and also how did they secure the shim. Perhaps they added more shims and secured them, but it would have been nice to see it done. Such an important step should not have been cut out of the video, which leads one to wonder why.

@@jlbush8249 Described as "step-by-step", we have to believe they did nothing else. They applied a sealant under that threshold. Hopefully it'll secure the shim and provide _some_ support... Honestly, seeing how doors are installed anywhere I go, this can be considered a decent job :-) Consumers have no idea what the good install is, so they only care for the price, and we see the results.
