Thanks for the tutorial. I installed the same fork (I think because it's the same brand), but now when I brake hard the wheel move to the left (brake disc side). Do you have the same issue ? I notice that In your video, the old fork has a "shoulder" for the axis on the brake disc side like mine... and the new one doesn't have that...

Thank you for your comment. I didn't have any problems with the plug. If you have a badly fixed wheel, try gently going over the places where the wheel axle fits with sandpaper or put washers. Check that the wheel axle is perfectly straight in the fork, sometimes these forks are slightly crooked.

What size is the wheel and fork? I’m a bit confused with the toseek fork sizes as they carry 26,27.5 and 29 but someone said the 26 fork can also accommodate 700c*40 and apparently in your video the fork has lots of room to handle bigger wheels, right?

This fork is for 27.5 wheels, the wheel in the video is also 27.5. It used to fit a wheel with a 700x50 mm tire, but the seat on that bike was very low and there were problems with the cyclist's back. The 26 fork can accommodate 29 wheels, but then the handlebars will be very low.

The weight has been reduced by 1.1 kg compared to the Manitou fork. The main goal was not to reduce weight, but to provide a fork that can be ridden at sub-zero temperatures without ruining it 😺

1,1kg x 7kg = 7,7kg wagi jeźdźca. Gdzies w necie znalazłem taki przelicznik. Inny to: 1 kg wagi roweru, jest równoważny 10 kg wagi jeźdźca. Jednak ten przelicznik wydaje mi się zawyżony, więc skłaniam się ku pierwszemu :)

Też jestem dość pedantyczny w serwisowaniu roweru. Mam dwie uwagi: 1. tak bym roweru za siodełko żadnego nie wieszał, 2. klamki QR nie zamykałbym równolegle wzdłuż widelca ;) Bo ciężko potem uchwycić by otworzyć to raz (no dobrze, można paskiem ;) a dwa, istnieje ryzyko zarysowania golenia widelca. Pozdrawiam 🫡
