This is for changing the oil. I use fully synthetic and after 3200 miles it comes on again. Why is it coming on so soon? The oil looks fine

The maintenance light come on every 5,000 and 10,000 mile

Since you car take 0-20 oil. 5,000 mile is rotation only and 10,000 is roation and oil change. Hope that help.
