Hi, it didn't work! at 6:38 after clicking "continue" my laptop kept restating over and over again! endlessly ! didn't matter if i turned it off by holding the start button, when i turn it on again it starts again restarting over and over without even reaching the login page! couldn't even to the step to "create a local account in CMD" ! any thoughts of how to fix this ? thanks in advance man

@@ipMalik thank you for answering!! the problem is that I'm stuck in an infinite boot loop🔃 whenever i click the power button the laptop goes straight to the logo screen with loading wheel then black out then again the logo screen... infinitely! the only thing i have access too is the bios i guess, by clicking Fn+F1+F2 repeatedly is there anything i can do from there ?

@@ipMalik i think i can get now to the command prompt because i looked online and found out that if i drain the laptop's battery then plug it in i can then get to the command prompt, and it worked! the thing is i'm willing to lose the data on it no problem, it's a new laptop and only has one software that i can install again later on, so the question is : is it maybe better to reset it ?
