This is a very useful video. Its very simple to do. I got my pc from the garbage lol and the old owner stuff was still on it so im glad this method remove the personal files from the hard drive. We inherited a Dell inspiron win 10, could not get around the win passcode and bios was locked so we couldn't even use a recovery method via usb because the "keyboard enabled" was blocked and we couldnt use the f8 key. None of the files were important so this video worked MAGIC! completely reformatted the hard drive, set up a brand new fresh win 10 OS. I just kept my finger on the shift button during the entire restart and when the blue screen with factory reset options appeared, we were in business! Thank You!
