What would you say is the NEXT best thing to the Epson 1400? I liked that printer as it already came ready to output 13x19 borderless without an extra bypass tray and they were able to hook up to a Continuous Ink Supply System (CISS). Do any of the Richoh's have these two features as standard and not optional??

Yea, I saw that on the Epson website but noticed you guys have a package on your website that includes two (2) Epson 1400's. Do you have stock on those still if I was to order such package or are those completely discontinued? And if those are discontinued what would you replace them with?... Is there an equivalent model out there for the Epson 1400?

I noticed you guys do a lot of videos on the Ricoh printers. I am about to purchase two Epson 1400's for sublimation and transfers and wish there were videos on how to operate at the most efficient level on that printer such as, color management, operating the print driver, and the like. Maybe a 10 minute or so overview and best tips to efficiently use the Epson 1400 - color management, driver, etc... Or is there something like that online somewhere?

Im having problems with envelopes #10 when I tried to print them the image comes cut off. The work around for me right know is making the paper size on the printing property panel from Indesign slightly larger than (4.125x9.50) for example 4.125x10.0 and scale the height image down to 97%, then it works. Can you tell me why this is happening?
