I love using the torx construction screws. They don't slip, they are strong with a good sheer and tensile strength (not as good as nail, but for a lot of odds and ends, perfect. And the torx prevents stripping like a Phillips would after a few uses, so great to reuse over and over.

14:14 I appreciate the detail in the clean up, I expected you to just sweep the chips into the gravel right next to the shed but you collected them and threw them out. I'm curious why the shed wasn't backed closer to the property edge though? Seems like a bit of wasted space behind the shed, maybe he'll build a lean-to roof to make a covered area though.

Seems that even when I use the "max" allowed water as stated on the bag, its too dry. Maybe I'm not letting it mix long enough? Also was that "T" bar a custom made tool? I was jabbing a piece of metal angle to break up the clumps. Thanks for all the tips and tricks.

Garage door installed was an Amarr 7/1/2'. the bottom seal is adequate and the concrete driveway sloped away from the opening. Water intrusion has not occurred in since the shed was completed. Where the door seals to the curb ends at the bottom aluminum was used to be flush with the the wood furring strips on the door opening to engage the side seals and eliminate any wood contact with the ground.
