How to: Retrofit LEDs to side indicators (Ford Mondeo)

The red little dot on the bulb should be matched with the other-than-black wire, don't need to swap it if wrongly plugged.

I experience similar issues on my indicator lights. Clips not functioning as they should and glass with condensation. The glass seems different from yours. More reflector like and less glassy.

Can you code/reprogram your car's computer to avoid the hyper flash you get from LED's instead of having to use a CANBUS resistor?

This car doesn't monitor the side repeaters at all. As to the main indicators, not that I'm aware of, I think it's hardware driven. Not a VW sadly.

Side indicator bulbs typically don't cause hyper-flashing even if not present.
