I have been suffering with these issues for years!! I have never heard anyone describe my same issues so perfectly well! I have joint paint, severe dry eyes, an eye ptyerigium and heart beats irrugular, and sometimes a zapping feeling that almost feels like a shock. I had an EKG done, and nothing was found. Always have cold hands and feet! What do I do and where do I begin?

I’ve had gut issues, Candida, h pylori, car sickness, sleep issues, anxiety, migraines my whole life. Are you saying that the gut issues could be the primary issue for these symptoms? If I stand too long or on the go I get very sweaty and dizzy/out of breath and need to sit down for an hour to recover!

I was diagnosed after one visit to the rheumatologist. That indeed is very rare. Most doctors don’t listen or only go off blood work. Symptoms be damned.

I now am battling increased dryness in my eyes. Geographic tongue/glossitis that won’t go away. Increased pain. Episodes of IST. Those episodes happen at night 90% of the time. Hr now jumps up quickly when I stand. Digestive issues. Also voice issues. I experience hoarseness as the day goes on. I am seeing a neuromuscular specialist next month. Also a throat specialist next week to check my vocal cords. Rheumatologist beliefs I might have dysautonomia . I had the same symptoms back in 2015. They eventually went away. Also my rheumatologist wanted me to take cellcept. Initially I was against it. I am reconsidering it.

I had tilt table test today It came out to be negative but I have been observing my heart rate has been shooting till 130 and coming back down to 120 115 110 105 but mostly between 120 to 130 140 resting heart rate was between 95 and 105 I didn’t faint bp was always normal so technician gave the diagnose as negative as my heart beat was fluctuating or maybe he was not aware of POTS and only testing for orthostatic hypotension I want to understand Do I have pots or not I am from India 🇮🇳 I never had covid or viral infection But I am having headache and dizziness from 20 days

I have sjogrens, but i am in the percentage of people that the blood tests dont show, so i have been gaslight and cant even try hydrochloriquine. My eyesight is goin downhill, just gnt bifocols and nw my teeth are going downhill. Awful
