In a specific interaction, can we filter the users? If the call is routed from a different team, can we get the interaction details of my agent alone using any filter.!?

Interaction views can be filtered by the caller's phone number and then that "filtered" view can be saved and used again. You can use this method to look for call patterns and action accordingly. Let us know if that helps!
