What if the actual steering in the first bike was completely locked at 0 degree change. Would that slight change in direction still happen?

someone needs to add a 3d pressure diagram for "counter steering". are they pushing down on the bar? or pushing forward, backward, or up? specifics matter. "push on the bar"

Gentle pressure on the handlebars is required. Not something that can be done over a video easily, remember these are "best practice" videos, if you want to learn more then book an appointment with a professional motorcycle rider trainer . Thank for the comment though :)
