Old as this might be, Loudspeaker is actually really damn good, even if you get detected. As long as you're far enough away that they won't find you immediately, you can use it to make it seem you're running another direction. How I won on Village, hate that map really

Loudspeaker does make your breathing quieter so it's crazy, when combine it with Murch's perk your breathing is almost silent
