Girl I did not know anything about roasting breadfruit either until I met my husband. He is Vincentian and they did this a lot when he was young. You can also roast the breadfruit in the stove top as well. I did a video about that as well.

My husband loves to roast the breadfruit this way and he even introduced me to roast saltfish and to eating the skin of the roasted breadfruit - just recently. The roast saltfish was delicious it is a lot like Saltfish Buljol. I did videos for these as well so look out for them. Cheers.

Roasted Breadfruit with coconut milk is to die for. Not the coconut milk from the can but the coconut milk freshly squeezed. You should try it out. Use breadfruit that's almost riped, not the overriped ones
