My husband & I visited each other's home several times before deciding to live together. We lived together for 3 1/2 years before we got married. Been together for 13 yrs & married for 9 yrs. We got to see each other at our bad & our worst. Wouldn't recommend seeing each other just outside each other's home. I swear the only reason I never got my car keyed was because I was always upfront and honest about how I lived and that I dealt with different partners… or maybe I just came across women that were at least sane enough not to Molotov cocktail my apartment window 🤣 I never had money stolen from me but they sho did steal my shirts, a pair of socks, a single dirty sock one time (?) She is showing the consequences of disrespecting yourself, and having no boundaries. I thought the part at the end was quite poignant: as she leaves in rags, the boyfriend starts to ruffle through her paltry belongings. She tries to smile, but her eyes are so sad, as she clutches torn garments to her chest. I thought it was a creative attempt to tell a complicated story in 90 seconds.
