How many pound pig was that? What was internal temperature to know it was cooked? How did you get that skin to crisp? What did you use to rub or marinate the skin with? Looks delicious, thank you for sharing. ❤👍👍

Hi! It was a 22kg(48lbs) pig. I did not check the internal temp-cooked it until the meat was firm, juicy, and cooked. I rub the pig with homemade chilli oil and only salt. Was really delicious!

WRONG PROCEDURE OF ROASTING. THE FIRE/HEAT SHOULD NOT BE DIRECTLY U DERNEATH THE BODY OF THE PIG SO THAT THE SKIN BE ROASTED EQUALLY AND NO SPOTS THAT ARE SO MUCH BURNED ( THE BLACK SPOTS )
