They should show you to get low if you feel like you’re going to fall backward. The lower the better. Falling from a height is terrible. It’s better to fall from a low stance, closer to the ground.

What if I am too skinny and when I fall I hurt my bones... 😢 (i have knee-pads, elbow-pads and the one for my hands but I hurt everytime I fall...)
