Because only certified techs for the Sony Xperia should access this part of the software. It voids warrantee bc u are mere mortal where their techs ate gods and walks on water..lol seriously tho, being a programmer I hate having to go behind other's. I don't know what they have done and it's easy to destroy the firmware in a phone. If u get hit pike dome walls popping up.. Thru a lifetime.if u don't know what u are doing, hit the "X"...

if bootloader allows yes then it works otherwise no means no unlocking bootloader, please demonstrate proper unlocking procedures for unlock... it'll not work......I tried so many times it is fake....I have rooted Xperia withlocked bootloader with dual recovery but no procedures to unlock bootloader.......
