When i type fastboot oem unlock, i get stuck on "waiting for device". All the drivers seems to be ok before i start bootloader mode, but when i'm there, i look device manager and appears a driver missing. Can you help me with this problem? I'm trying to follow all steps right, but i can't find a solution.

You guys should check xda. I saw the answer to your question last night. You will have to restore stock firmware and then use a different root method, such as the dirty dirtycow method

TheUnlockr Alright. But how are you able to get a keyboard on an android phone if you accidently remove the stock keyboard that came with your device? I am unable to sign into the google play store in order to get a new keyboard from the play store. Now what should I do? I know this is "somewhat" off topic but my phone was rooted before this incident happened

+corey pilgram has nothing to do with rooting but can you get to settings there is usually some keyboard always installed in the keyboard settings, you just need to turn it back on

TheUnlockr how I removed my keyboard was that I rooted my phone with kingroot. Kingroot has the ability to remove system apps and bloatware that comes with your phone. The lg keyboard that came with my phone I didn't want anymore because I preferred Google's own keyboard over lg's. I thought then that the app would disable the keyboard not completely uninstall it

Yextus I also have an sd card slot and idiot me really oversimplified my issue. All I had to do was to turn off my phone. Remove SD card slot from phone. Plug it into the computer. Search up the right version of the google keyboard. Downloaded the apk to my sd card and BOOM! problem solved

Edgar Avila that means that your build has no bootloader access in other words there is not root available for you device. I know... I love the lg g5 but I don't have root access yet either. HOWEVER you can adb root your device which is very different and I don't recommend it unless you know what you are doing. I hate to be the one to break it to you but that's what is going on at the moment.

Jay Dalisay there is only adb root and I don't recommend messing around with it unless you know what you are doing. At the moment that is all that there is.

Typically, I don't comment on videos, however I made the mistake in following the instructions on unlocking the LG G5 H850, when I actually have a 840. I got stuck at the part where I got to LG website for the unlock.bin, because unfortunately they don't support Italy LG G5SE H840. So now I can't unlock the bootloader. My question is: is there a work around for this that you know of? I did some digging and I can't seem to find anything or at least in english... I appreciate the video and all the help as well. Thank you.
