My LG G5 Se (snapdragon 652....) restarts if I use LG HOME.. Now im using Pixel Launcher (APK) and is better than original launcher

Have you had any screen retention issues? I'm almost on my 3rd phone because of this issue what do you think I'm doing wrong and how can I prevent this?

I am glad I came to this video because I have the same issue! I have read on forums that many people seem to be having this issue. Mine is only 7 months old and if I am on a screen for even just a minute, that image becomes "burned in" there. It is mostly visible on a grey screen or on pale colours. Once the screen starts to move entirely, like when playing a video, the image previously retained slowly goes away after several minutes. Then if I am still on a screen again, that new image is once again retained. I have been loving this phone but this is really not nice. In addition, they won't even exchange mine for a new one. They said it must be taken in for repairs. So mad! There are even screen burn in apps that claim to remove the retained image and for the most part they do but this is a temporary fix since if you stay on a page for even just a minute again, the image is retained. :-(

SDav21 a APP I found useful in slowing down the process is Bluelight, set it to 5% on brown (10 or 20 if you want the picture to fade faster) I think when I get this one fixed I'll do that right from the beginning and hopefully that'll prevent it from ever happening again.

SDav21 definitely good luck! I was also thinking about replacing the digitizer myself but I'm scared of opening up my phone myself. Cheers mate.
