Specialising in fine cheese from small and independent diaries, Froth and Rind was founded in 2015 by Mark and Fraser. Now, serving up delicious cheese toasties, coffees and craft beer (the clue is in the name) to the locals of Walthamstow Village and beyond, they’ve become a household name. We spoke to Mark about starting the business from the local markets, finding the ideal permanent location and his favourite cheeses!
