why doesn't this have more views and likes? Awesome video and amazing running without superiority complex legitimately trying to help the average person, not just people who ran XC in HS And College

Appreciate your support Sir Bro. Trying to get the word out and build up the channel but like running, takes time. Thanks for stopping by and continued success to you in 2022.

Hey Coach Nate, Ive got a marathon in 16bweeks and unsure if i should shoot for sub 5 or 4:30. I did a half marathon last weekend at 2:27, with little to no training due to kudney stones. By the way i did finally break 2 hours for the half a few years ago. Moved to the Philippines and had to climatize. Lol. Thanks man.

I think a sub 4:30 is a reasonable provided you are healthy and 100% when starting your build. Great job dropping that 2:27 not being 100% healthy. Keep up the great work brother.

Very helpful, thank you. Im training for my second marathon, my first was 5:45 cutting 45 mins seems like a lot!

My pleasure Rachel. Keep up the great work out there and VERY well done having run that 5:45. Dropping 45 minutes is not impossible but will take some time. You are well on your way

Great video! I suspect a lot of people would benefit from watching this video as the head into a training cycle.

Dan, appreciate your support brother. I aim to make videos for people of all categories and certainly don't want to leave out any deserving athletes for sure and you still need to be in great shape to run a sub 5 marathon. Continued success to you.

Hi, I have just 18 days and yesterday I run 32k in 4 hours 32 m. I am confused as to what to do. I would like to run sub 5 hour.
@rundreamachieve2 жыл бұрын
If you can run 32k in 4:32 you have what it takes to break a 5 hour marathon. You may want to check out my 5 hour marathon course. I go about as in-depth as you can imagine in this course. courses.rundreamachieve.com/5-hour-marathon-pace It also concludes with a 16-week sub 5 hour marathon training plan

@@rundreamachieve thanks but it is asking me to pay $149. I am happy to pay $1.49 but not $149. simply don't have that sort of money hence on youtube!! I guess I will be left out on all the golden tips in your course. so sad..

@@yescenehai4864 No worries, my friend, plenty of free content as well. Also, rundreamachieve.com has blog content dating back to 2011. Also, free. Continued success to you. I know you'll go under 5 hours.

Not sure you understand sub 5 hour marathoners - you keep talking about "the competition". That's not something we ever think about.

Thanks for sharing edwin and keep up the great work out there.
