Sam Smith Views aren't everything. It just means the channel is gravitating to the right people and those with brains will tune in sooner or later when they're ready. So far so good no trolls no fckery

People don't like to admit they don't know what they are doing in the gym and look for help. It can be hard and brutal to really be honest with yourself.

Dave is right on point with recovery!! I switched to a 14 days split.. Monday -ME Lower Friday-ME Upper Monday -DELower Friday-DE Upper I also take every 7th week off and do light BB training and active recovery. I am fully recovering and the PRs started happening again. Dave, thank you for the confirmation!

@Adem Crnalic SAM15 Hermods Gymnasium Malmö It would appear that way. If you were doing that, on your DE days you could get your speed work in, then work up to something heavy if you felt good. This is already a staple in the template, but with "only" two days per week, you might be able to work up more often. Another variation is an old Travis Mash favorite: do your speed work, work up to about a 9 RPE with bands/chains, then remove the bands/chains and try to set a PR with straight weight.

I see you mentioned Chad Aichs 2 days per week training due to his recovery issues. Would a 2 day conjugate program be feasible for a BJJ athlete who trains BJJ 6 days per week and has limited recovery? Was thinking of running the standard system over 14 days and keeping everything the same. Basically alternating the weeks between ME / DE. If there’s something better you’d suggest please let me know!

God bless you brother and your family. Dave I have no Facebook or any of that social media stuff so please if you have the time. Can you make a video regarding SURGERY like when do you recommend so far and so on. I have a bad rotator cuff I think I rip or teared it. I’m able to do dips again and bench press and over press with a small discomfort. However I cannot do DB over head press the movement to kick the DB to my shoulder just kills me. and alternating curls also. But hammer curls and B.B. curls is no problem. I know you’re knowledge is profound in powerlifting just giving you an idea of this issue of mine. Is been about 4 months shoulder clicks and gets painful still. I can move it towards all directions and my range of motion is equal to my left shoulder. However my spirit still keeps me front going to 90 percent or so on my presses. I pray you read this. Or anyone on this comment section please give me your advice. Peace and grace.

Dave, I just DO NOT understand conjugate… I want to try running the program, but I’m just a garage gym strength guy that enjoys working out and want to challenge myself and learn. I’m very interested in learning how to program conjugate, but it’s so confusing to me. Can you please make a video braking down a basic workout?

why can t the people sleep?
@CarsonX15 жыл бұрын
Typically because powerlifters lifting in a certain weight class have to force their body to stay at certain weight and while being at that bodyweight might make your strength optimal, it is not optimal for living your life, hence your body/mind is so uncomfortable it might be hard to get to sleep or do certain things in life to function.

So how the hell do I put together a 14 day split like Chad does?
