Yo I played Batman:Arkham Knight and it was lagging and stuttering even though I have a Non-Gaming Laptop but it does have some decent power in it and itself and can run all Batman-Arkham games nicely. I was kinda surprised why Batman: Arkham Knight is stuttering and then *I watched your video,applied the settings respectively and launched the game and no more lagging and stuttering and the game is really smooth now!* Thank you buddy.

Thanks, the game is a lot smoother now. Crazy this game lags/stutters with a 3080. Btw, I would recommend to change the file to “read only”, looks like the ini resets when you mess with the in-game graphics.

I used this and now the game works great. These settings were really the main issue I guess. But when I change the settings in game, it starts lagging again unless I relaunch. So as long as u don’t mess with the setting after doing this once u shud be good.

That's because you have to make BmSystemSettings.ini "read only". Right click on the file, select properties, check the "read only" box. Now the settings won't be reset when you mess with the graphics settings.

I know this might be late but better late than never.I did have this issue back then when I tried to run the game on a laptop with only integrated graphics card.However the game didnt detect my card which made it ran at 1 fps.Fortunately, there is a guild on steam that called how to get bak recognise integrated card or something like that and it actually worked like charm for me

Click the gear icon next to Arkham knight on your steam page, select manage and then select Browse local files. After doing thid youll be able to see your games DLC folder as well as many other folders including the BmGame folder. Hope this helps
