I have a couple of teens I do athletics training with and have just started to introduce these types of drills and we are already seeing improvements. These videos are so well done and make so much sense.

Thank you so much for being a great trainer!!!! I used these for my first 5k at 45 and feel it made me faster and less tired even though I just got over covid and hadn't been able to train much!!!! I had been running wrong for 33 years....

Fun fact I had no idea how to run before this video. Even though I have run a lot. I've been doing it wrong this whole time. I strike the floor in front me instead of beneath my body. Thank you for the advice. Definitely giving these drills a go.

Ankling, as you call it, is exactly what my ankles did while sprinting. That flick is vital catalyst and channel of all your kinematic chains driving you forward.
