Use cmd and type "robocopy "source file" "new destination" /sec /move /e" once thats done then type "mklink "source file" "new destination" /j" and everything moves over properly and still runs correctly, this worked for me hope if works for you

All the files and programs that can be moved will be listed when you are at the "Select Applications" window. But not all the programs can be moved to another drive like system programs.
