If they're walking on your right, make a 9 shape with the chain when putting it on

I bought the right size for my dog. Same chain as the one in the video. Its easy to put on but I cant take it off my dog! Im scared. As im trying to take it off, im choking my dog. Im pulling as much as I can.

If you bought the right size (about 3 inches larger than the dog's neck neck measurement), just hold it lightly at the top of the dog's neck, bring it forward gently over the dog's head/ears and toward the nose. If it will not come off that way, you bought the wrong size and you should get immediate help to have it safely removed - ask your vet for help.

Let me get this straight....If I put this on my dog, and he's continuously pulling and choking himself as we walk down the street, that is my fault because I'm not doing it right? What am I doing that isn't right? Is there some magic way to hold the leash? Bark so my dog can understand me to stop pulling and chocking himself? LOL. Ok. Not at all informative.
