Thank you for these educational videos - I have a question about your replacement parts. I have ordered the replacement control panel for my Samsung refrigerator from your store - 3 different times. Each time the staff is trying to get me a part that looks like it is actually new. The first two replacement parts both came wrapped in portions of a mylar sleeve that appears to be cut from a large package - not sealed and certainly NOT protected with a plastic sticky sheet as in your videos. The first part I received was so scratched on the display I complained and was sent another. It came in the same wrapping condition although your operators said that was not the norm for your business. The 2nd part was clear on the front but looked like it had been burned on the back - the black plastic case was bubbled and again no plastic coating to protect it. While all this time was passing I was just winging it with the frig. Now having more trouble with the unit I called again to talk about the parts and offer to send back the once you already sent me. They turned that down and said another was on the way from a different warehouse. I was told to wait couple of days - SO IMPRESSED to receive it on next day ! HOWEVER - it was not my part - it was for a black front refrigerator and again shipped in the same condition. I am going to have to try one of the other parts just to get my machine functioning again but I am baffled as to WHY you company shipped parts to me in this condition. ??

Wow! 3 months and NO REPLY? That's a pretty serious question for them to leave out there for all of us to read and not address. Not a very good business decision on their part.

I have a different model but hope you can help . When I connect the new pad all I get is very loud beeping and an error code . 0P CH . The pad will not respond to touch . Any Ideas ?

It's so easy to replace. However, I'm not able to locate one. It's discontinued. :-( . It's a shame to have to throw away a working refrigerator.

Turn out that the panel controller board malfunction is caused by humidity. Put the board into a food dehydrator for an hour and it will work again. Super easy to fix.
