I love the rubber glove tip....why didn't I think of that rather than buying a shelf liner. How long do you leave the adhesive vinyl to adhere before applying epoxy please? x

Beautiful tumblers. I have a question though, are you concerned about the dust when you dry sand? I have heard that it is very toxic and that is why people wet sand rather than dry sanding.

I have done both and really haven't had issues with dust kicking up while dry sanding. If I were to use an electric sander or sand more vigorously, i would absolutely wet sand to keep the dust down. Definitely do what makes you feel safest.

How long do you wait before putting the 3rd coat of epoxy on after placing the decal? I've heard some say the decal needs to set for so long before applying epoxy. If so, how long should I wait? Tysmfs, these cups were beautiful!

I suggest waiting overnight....in reality....i have done the additional layer a few hours later, but keep the decal in front of a small heater to help dry it out faster

I def don't use cricut.....it's way too strong. I haven't tried it yet but a lot of folks swear by dollar store contact paper.

Question: I am working on my first tumbler. After i put epoxy over my glitter, my tumbler feels like a dirt road, all bumpy and no where close to smooth. Any ideas on what I might have done wrong or if this sanding might fix my problem? I spread my wet epoxy like I have seen, and let it rotate over night on my level rotisserie.

Add another layer of epoxy before sanding. The first layer usually doesn't get it smooth. That's totally normal
