i love this convo. It was something i was missing in my last relationship. i was so calm and wanting to do things in a sweet way. My partner did not give me the listening ear and understanding that I gave him. as a result i became a very angry person. I don't yell but I started yelling at him. I recognized the monster i became and knew i needed to leave before the situation got darker.

I'm literally watching this as a friend blew up at me on iMessage for not returning feelings they've felt for a while and I'm just become privy to. As an empath, I immediately start internalizing their anger with me. But it's not my anger. So I'm trying to channel through my pen to this paper. So your message is right on time.

I don't think people take into account how common PMDD is within our community.💯 Being diagnosed and listening to the conversation made me realize how we as women understand ourselves

Wow this is so good and makes me realize how well my husband does holding space for my waking up on the wrong side of the bed so to speak lol. I’m a pretty laid back person and so is my hubby. We all have our days though. Lol. Thank you for this conversation ❤

I now over communicate, which I wouldn't do in my 20's or 30's. I would avoid expressing my feelings, especially with men. I would just remove myself and never speak to them again. When I value the relationship (biz, personal or intimate), I definitely let it be known thru my efforts in doing my best to be open, flexible and transparent. I know that, especially after listening to this discussion, if the other person isn't willing to put in the effort to maintain and nurture the relationship, move on.

The injustice feels like offense … realizing that is such a deep state. As someone who’s been married 13 years this is very helpful for me also to be able to express how we feel without our spouse using that as an opportunity to share how … how we felt made them feel lol. If that makes sense. It’s like nah if you feel a way don’t vomit on me because I shared my moment first lol

Communication is important, listen, thinking before you speak , man be gentlemen and lady walk as beautiful woman. Woman need keep lips closed and don't elevate problem. Woman stay in woman place. In Bible Ephesians 5:21-25. Man is King and woman is Queen. Yes female is very emotional, like lit puppy turn into Lion😂😂 husband need find out what ur planned for this week so you be there for Queen for safe keeping , she going on airplane or boat anything can happen, keep u both in my 🙏✌️❤️ grow in old age together😊
