How to Say "No" to Volunteering

When you’ve got kids, you end up getting involved on committees for ALL THE THINGS! Room Mother, PTA, Soccer End Of Year Banquet Committee, Art Fair Committee, Coordinating the after school foreign language program- you know the drill. And before you realize it- suddenly you are running on 5 hours sleep and the kids are eating take out 6 nights a week because of all of the volunteer work you’ve signed on for!
