I am currently managing someone's linkedin business page. Do I need their business login details to use publer? or can I log in with my personal account and it can give me access to posts from the business page i manage?

If you have admin access to the biz page then you can add it to Publer after connecting your pages.

Using Publer for LinkedIn videos can be done but keep in mind little editing options when using Publer (such as choosing thumbnail image for the video). For the personal page the post linked out to a URL to view the video in full but for business pages it displayed natively (still lacking editing options though).

It works for personal and company pages. Videos will not be uploaded to the LI server but can be scheduled.
