I have two chunky yarn knitted panels using only the knit stitch (beginner's stitch). I need to knit all 4 sides together. I figured I'd knit 3 sides together, stuff in the pillow, then knit closed the 4th side. How do I figure out how long of yarn I need to go all the way around 3 sides? or do you knit each side separately and then knot it? I was anxious to see how you finished off this one side that you were stitching together. Also, how did you start your stitching yarn? Did you just slip knot the yarn on to the pillow to start?
