Looks amazing. Love the seasonings choices. I haven’t added the injection on top of everything before but I am going to try that this year. I will let you know how it turns out. Thank you for the video !!!

Great video! I use the same roaster to make our Thanksgiving turkey every year and it turns out so delicious and juicy! I highly recommend using an electric roaster

Looks delicious! How much broth are you adding to the bottom of the roaster? I've seen where some people are putting broth and veggies at the bottom like you did here, and some people put nothing at the bottom. Do you do this to kick start your gravy? Any info you can share about how you make your gravy?

Thank you 😊 & yes it does kick start the gravy ! I love when flavor of the juices at the end of cooking , makes a delicious gravy ! Although this is optional. I usually put 1 box of chicken stock. How to make your gravy : Strain the cooking liquid , set aside Sauce pan-medium/high heat Add butter , once butter is almost completely Melted (do not burn butter) add 2 tablespoons of flour - remove from heat if needed to stir together Stir in a 8 figure motion or until it’s a light creamy roux Add back to stove top Slowly add your cooking liquid and whisk until thickened to desired consistency. & enjoy 😊

Do you make your gravy from those drippings? I’m just wondering if it’s oily from and if the lemon juice affects the flavor?
