Merci pour votre message et retour par rapport au nanocom qui ne conviendrait pas au Ford Ranger. Nous pensons également qu'il est bien d'avoir un appareil dédié et non connecté, cela réduit les risques de problèmes liés à un smartphone inutilisable (plus de batterie, casse, etc).

:-) I'm happy with CarScanner Pro App, which is available for both iOS and Android. Hardware is a UniCar Scan, which will also talk to both apple and Android phones (iPhone's Bluetooth is special, of course...). So far used it out of curiosity to monitor oil temperature and the TD4 2.2's DPF soot load (had the light on once after crawling along a mountain track for a day).

@@offtrackfamily Yes, I know, it's just a note for other readers, who may be so unfortunate to have a later MY 2.2 ;-) Although, the DPF is not as big a problem as some people say. Friends of us travel(led) south africa for months without any issues.

Great vlog as always. People should bare in mind that the cheap obd devices only work with post td5, like puma. Td5 needs the nanocom as land rover had their own system until EU made them go standard .

Those lights were on because when filming our Defender was parked with handbrake.

independant mechanic specialized in landrover here. what are your dayjobs? I am loaded with work, renovating a house, investing in my firm and have (unfortunatly) no time to do the things you guys do and i don't even have kids. I do take the time to treat my future wife and spend quality time though. We are planning to do a roadtrip to Finland this year with the l322 3.6tdv8 rangerover. Coucou, alors j'ai les 2 solutions et Attention le systeme bluetooth ne fonctionne qu'avec le TD4, pas le TD5, il ne fonctionne pas sur mon TD5, ni sur mon ancienne Polo, par contre le nanocom est fantastique, je rajouterais juste que pour moi pour l'utilisation, c'est quand un voyant s'allume ou qu'il se passe quelque chose ce n'est pas pour supprimer le défaut parce que souvent si il y a une lampe qui s'allume c'est qu'il y a un problème, mais pour savoir qu'elle est le composant qui pose problème afin de le changer j'ai un problème en voyage avec le TD5 avec la pédale de gaz électronique qui posait soucis, avec le nanocom j'ai pu voir que c'était ça, et ça m'a permis de le changer, mais effacer le défaut ne résous pas le problème. le bluetooth et le nanocom sont différent, le bluetooth est finalement un lecteur, alors qu'avec le nanocom tu peux aller changer tes paramètres moteur ajuster bcp de chose... c'est bcp plus poussé

Merci pour le message! Oui c'est ce qui est dit, selon où l'on se trouve effacer le code panne permet de ne pas rester bloquer mais ne résout pas le problème s'il y en a un. Il est donc nécessaire de bien prendre en compte la panne donnée par l' ECU et évaluer si cela concorde avec la réalité, puis résoudre le problème.
