It does. Because the sender will no doubt pull it up three years later after a similar project airs and claim the recipient had access to and "stole" their idea. Same reason you can't just send Dan Aykroyd your GHOSTBUSTERS GO HAWAIIAN script.

A great idea is someone follow around a person for a while seeing there daily routine and then tell them what they are doing and the people don't know how they knew about their routine?
