I'm thinking of getting Shopify to start selling my digital products, but I have a concern. I'm wondering how much profit I will actually make after the Shopify transaction/payment fees and taxes. I want to price my products at an affordable price, but I want to be able to make a profit as well. Since you priced your ebook at five dollars, could you let us know from that five dollar price, how much profit you actually made, the money you kept from that sale after the Shopify transaction fees and regular taxes?

Great video, once the customer clicks on the email link does it bring them back to the Shopify store? Similar to how Etsy is set up? Can you bulk upload the digital files to the Shopify server and create the listings after they are uploaded?

So this video presentation was 1 year ago. To me Shopify is a place to build an eCommerce website where you can list multiple product in an on-line store. Shopify has an app extension to add a digital product to the product pages. An on-line store is not something new. An online store have been available for 15 years. My question, beyond software that provides for on-line store maintenance, what does Shopify provide that promotes getting the products sold or is that from some other platform? Watching?

Shopify is a trusted platform with tons of apps that can be easily integrated to help with marketing. But you still have to put in the work to market your business if you want to be successful.

Thanks Karim! There is a 5gb limit to file size, but not a total limit. You should be able to add as many products as you like 👌🏽
