I am so thankful to hear this message. I have struggled thinking I can’t start my journey, because I feel I may not be good enough. But you are correct, that we have to be willing to practice and get out of our own comfort zone to actually start the journey. This was a great video, thank you. I have had a number of people say that the price is too high (I know that my price is not too high, and if anything I am undercharging), and I can't seem to get past this...now it has become a psychological barrier! I really need to work on communicating the value... Plus, love the new camera equipment :)

You're so welcome Sophie! Love love love your area of focus....it is so needed! Your price may be too high for some people and that is totally okay. I like to think of it like this, the price for a Ferrari may be 'too high' for some people. This does not mean that Ferrari should lower their price or that the car is not worth that money. It simply means that those people are not the ideal client for Ferrari. ;) So if you feel great about your pricing, then I'd find the people who are the right fit for that price. They are out there, promise! And yes, communicating the value also is important. And yay on the new camera equipment....it was time for the "Ferrari' video set...totally worth the investment. :)

@@KristinHartjes In some states for holistic nutritionists, everything has to be generalized without being specific to the needs of the client. So I'm wondering if that "general" information can really help someone personally, and if the nutritionist can even monetize services with those guidelines.

@@keepitsimple5744 Got it. Yes, it's a bit confusing with the restrictions. What you can do is focus more on general information, instead of giving individual recommendations....truly most people will see huge improvements with the general nutrition info. And you can really put a bigger focus on habit change and mindset...and this is specific to coaching and where most people can use a lot of support and is a huge advantage to working with a coach (if you have some background on this).

I don't necessarily recommend this. It is something you can include in your business if you want but absolutely not necessary. I'm not part of an affiliate program.
