@@BrettBartholomewCoach That is a difficult question for me! Education is the part that I believe that we have the most control of, especially in the college setting. I have always believed in education and developing your training experience. I believe that education should separate you, but we both know that it does not always do that. As far as separating yourself, I believe that we have to create boundaries for our jobs and lives and be willing to say no. And we must be willing to communicate with our supervisors and defend our beliefs when it comes to those boundaries. I know that this is difficult because of the potential impact this could have on our lives and careers. I hope you have a great week too!
