Hello Hanif. Really good videos. If we get a new GM bat with GM Now (preknocked and with scuff sheet on), it is hard to see indentation marks. Plus edges seem to be somewhat knocked in. In such cases, how long do you recommend knocking in a bat with a mallet?

Every bat is different. Best thing to do would be to use for throw downs against some old cricket balls. If you get deep seam marks then do some more knocking in. If not keep using in nets.

Mate,would come in handy a time frame for each knocking in process on the bat,like how long on the edges,toe,and face.

Can you tell me the CA plus 12000 camo edition bat price? Also I saw a £183 one on eBay and I’m not sure if the price suggests if it’s fake or real. Do you know if it’s likely to be fake?

Buy from an authorised seller. Fakes are selling at normal prices. So price is not always a good indicator.

Knocking in will only improve the bat so much. You are better off using for throw downs after knocking in.

Kind of yes if you hang an old ball with a rope or something like that but you will have to spend some time on edges and toe.
