After several requests on my channel I have posted a vid on how I make my glimmer mist! There are several different ways to make it and this is my favorite! Hope you enjoy it!

@LindaLap That mica I have had for a long long time.. but you can go to the dollar tree and get their eye makeup that comes in a little shaker looking container.. It is almost all mica and works perfectly and gives a ton of glimmer!

Goo Gone is a great product to clean off the sticky glue off of recycled bottle with labels. It is my best friend lately. Love you video!

I use metallic acrycil paint from Tescos (£1.20) some Tacky glue (£1) and water (free) in a squirty bottle and thats it! I have pearlX for plain paints to make them shiny. Compared to the £5 a bottle for glimmers here ya know ! plus I do prefe my own colours :~)

Salut J'ai etudie le Francais mais mainteneau j'ai perdue presque tout. Pardonnez moi les mots mal ecrire. You said you are deaf and couldn't hear what she said so I hope you can read English as I have no idea how to describe in French what she said. The clear liquid was water but you can use rubbing alcohol as well. The glimmer was mica powder and she added a fixative like liquid hairspray, just a few drops. You can add a clothing dye for color. She paints hers on can also be sprayed. Adieu

Can you use these on fabric. If so I would not want to change the color of the fabric but just give it a bling with the glitter. I would want to use different kinds of glitter on the fabric and not paint that would change the color of the fabric.

Today most hair spray do not contain lacquer, but are sugar based. So dont use hairspray =) as it can attract critters. I found that something, mice perhaps had eaten some 'paste pearls' on a velvet dress my granmother had made for a doll i had (years and years ago). You could also use a dries clear glue. Mica is a ground mineral or rock. You can buy mica sheets, very fun to play with, er craft with. They can be peeled apart in ever-thinning layers.
