I also like this book, but unfortunately, it is not that easy to adapt for someone who works full time but is willing to do some changes and start a career in SMM, for example. After 8-10 hours of work, you basically have no energy for 2-3 hours of complicated planning. Coming home and setting your mind for strategy or creativity can be challenging.
