The why next to the goal is important. For instance, I want to own a Ferrari. Why? You must be brutality honest. One person may write because their family races cars for a hobby and has been interested in racing a Ferrari. Another person may write to look cool, project wealth, have people look at me. Now ask yourself if your why really matches who you are. The farther the why is away from your core beliefs the more chance your goal will leave you unfulfilled. Even if you own a Ferrari. Study the why and who for every goal. Match the why as close to the who you are and chances are you will be on the road to a fulfilled life.

Do you take your 10 year goals or 5 year goals and break them into 1 year goals? How many should you tackle each year? I feel like I have a lot of one year goals.
@ProjectLifeMastery8 жыл бұрын
As many as you can comfortably handle and achieve. I set 1-year goals and then have long-term visions that consist of longer term goals.
@aurelianspodarec26297 жыл бұрын
No one knows what you are going to get in 10years from now, what you're going to do etc... that's too much of a time. 5years too. A year or two is more realistic in my opinion. You should prioritize what you want to achieve. Also, this should be fun! :) For longer term, have a vision. You can earn few million in even 7years or 10 - but usually the bigger purpose or vision you have, might require more years, even though you might be a multi-millionaire (from what I see ^^). I mean, 10years is soo much time. You can get good at anything, 10years is enormous amaount of time. You can achieve anything in that frame. Heck, it's 50% of my life! :D

Stefan, I decided a week ago to use the week I have off of work between Christmas and New Years to set 2015 goals. A few days later I found your blog. Your material rocks! Great video! Thank you for sharing this wonderful information with the world! They way I learnt SMART goals was Specific, Measurable, Attainable, RELEVANT, and Timeline. Instead of having attainable AND realistic (which essentially mean the same thing), having Relevant assures your goals are relevant to your life purpose - what you REALLY want and not just attaining, as an example, money because you learnt that money will give you happiness.

Not sure if I missed something in this video, but how do you create a plan for the 3 year, 5 year, 10 year etc long term goals? You mostly talk about the 1 year goals, but I'm not clear on the bigger ones. Like let's say I have a huge goal I want to achieve in 5 years. I know I have the ability and believe it, but how can I create an action plan for something that's so far ahead? That's something that has always confused me. However great video! Super inspiring !

Thanks! I will try this out and see what happens. I am really looking forward to this! I do have a question though. How do YOU go about if you fail to achieve a goal? One thing that i did notice was that when you say it is important to use a lot of words that gives you power and energy, you kind of also but more on that goal. Like for example: "I will easily do my morning rituals 5 days a week for at least 10 minuates and experience peek levels of joy, happiness, excitement, peace, love, passion at levels 8,9 or 10 by December 31st of 2015" So all of a sudden, your goal became powerful and all. But also a lot harder to achieve, right? Because you added so many things into that, it raised the expectations of it. What happen if you achieved all of that but except for the, lets say joy part? Did you fail your goal? Or not? This is where i get a bit too confused and would gladly hear your thoughts on it. Sorry for the long text
@ProjectLifeMastery10 жыл бұрын
If you fail to achieve it, you change your approach or change your goal. You want to make sure it's something you can achieve it and more importantly, you KNOW when you are achieving it. For me, those are the core emotions that I'd want to experience in that goal (and it was just an example), but for you it might be 1 emotion or 2 emotions... entirely up to you!

Hey Stefan, great video! Im going to try much of this instruction thanks! I have a question though. So you have extravagant long term goals that are just full of passion, excitement and that child-like faith if you will. Then you have those 1 year goals that you adjust to the "reality" and the SMART Model. One allows you to come outside of the box and another brings the standard inside, how would we expect to reach those extravagant goals if it is all measured and "realistic"? I agree with aspects of the SMART Model, but wouldn't we fall short of those long term goals that we create on a Vision Board? How would we get to those goals if they are always SMART? Would we be settling ourselves short? Should we raise our Standard of Belief in our 1 year goals of what we think is possible? Thanks bro!
@ProjectLifeMastery10 жыл бұрын
The long-term, extravagant goals are meant to be accomplished over 5, 10, 20 years. You set your 1 year goals, 3-month goals, 1-month goals just as milestones to slowly get there over time. For example, if in 10 years you want to make $10 million a year. Then you break it down and figure out in 5 years you'll need to make $5M a year. Within 3 years, maybe it's $1M/year. Within 1 year, perhaps it's $100k. Within 3 months, perhaps it's $35k. Get the idea?

@gerrygold92739 жыл бұрын
+Wendy Heldt Hi Wendy there is no reason you cant do it all. Make one goal for each area that you are interested in. and move forward from there. Once you achieve that goal, the other goals will appear in your mind and you will see where you want to go in that area. So go ahead set one goal for each of the things that you are interested in. Your passion will show up for the things you enjoy the most.

Hi Stefan, I have emailed around 30 people on Facebook who are looking to exchange reviews but after 48 hours I have received onky 2 replies. I'm absolutely devastated as I am wastting my KDP Select time. Do you have any advice please?
@ProjectLifeMastery10 жыл бұрын
We have 500+ members in our Facebook group, people are posting several times per day that are looking to review exchange with - so post in there and you'll get tons of help.
@ProjectLifeMastery10 жыл бұрын
Also, there's a more appropriate place to ask these Kindle questions - so please use the Facebook group to ask them, that's where I answer questions and other members help each other out. This question isn't related to this video, so please post in the appropriate place.
@colust10 жыл бұрын
But don't I have to pay extra to join the Facebook group. I found that after a few weeks of trying to produce Kindle books there is a huge amount of information missing from KMoneyMastery. For example how to vet ghost writers and a detailed process for getting reviews - probably the hardest part of making money from Kindle books.
@ProjectLifeMastery10 жыл бұрын
colust It's impossible for me to cover EVERYTHING in the program. There is some that you will have to figure out on your own, but K Money Mastery covers 99% of it. Dealing with ghost writers and hiring people is 1 option, but I provide many other sources of companies you can hire writers from so that you don't have to hire a ghost writer. Good luck, but again please keep the right questions in the appropriate area - not on these videos because they are unrelated.

+Seamus McMichael - Unrealistic goals don't work for many of us. Some of us prefer the feeling of accomplishment and security that come with accomplishing smaller goals on the path to bigger success. Think of it like a ladder and each rung going up that you reach/achieve helps you in the confidence mindset. Vision boards are great for envisioning the ultimate, limitless success that you dream about.
@SeamusMcMichael8 жыл бұрын
Good answer. thanks!
@4857i8 жыл бұрын
+Seamus McMichael I do because as Tony Robbins and Jim john say - you don't need to achieve the goal to feel fulfilled, you just need to be making progress towards it. As long as you're making headway is fine. You're not going to do all you find out, but you should find out all you can do.
