I had a question, my owners manual said the clearance should be 0.17-0.27 so it means that if ever i measure it and it shows 0.20 and still inside the range does it means its okay ? or should i stick to 0.17 ?

That sounds perfect to me. Generally you don't want it right on the limit.

@@TheMotorcycleForge Nice, So in other example, if my Tappet clearance is a bit off so i make up with the adjustments by putting a Much higher MM of shims so that the clearances will be on spec ?

Yep, pretty much. If the gap was 0.30mm to get it back in spec you would need a shim that was 0.10 bigger to put it back at 0.20.

Most stuff I get second hand locally. Rods kits I get from japan, tkjr. Everything else I modify locally.
